This is the perfect tour to admire the large building and dome that host the tomb of the leader of France’s leaders: the great emperor Napoleon Bonaparte. We will talk about the mausoleum of the emperor of the French and his other relatives who were also kings of other European countries, as well as of his son, the nicknamed “King of Rome” Napoleon II, and we will tell you if he was indeed king of this great and beautiful city. Then we will walk to the Military School, where Napoleon Bonaparte studied, and we will discover why King Louis XV decided to have it built. To finish the circuit we will head to the Champ de Mars from where we can contemplate carefully the Eiffel Tower, designed by Gustave Eiffel for the 1889 World’s Fair to commemorate as well the Anniversary of the French Revolution, today’s great tourist icon of Paris, France, Europe and the world.
